Most of you are probably enjoying another day off after yesterdays 4th of July celebrations. I sure do! Our city puts on a spectacular fireworks show every year. In addition to the show they light up the bridge in patriotic colors. You might be able to see in the background.
But enough of that! I put myself on a 30 day card making challenge. A card for every day of the month of July. So, this card is day 4. I’m going to jump right in.
For this card I used the new Stampin’Up! Scalloped Note Cards & Envelopes. The dimensions are 5″ x 3-1/2″ and I used the light pink note card. In addition I used the Country Floral 3D embossing folder and inked the raised image with a sponge dauber using Blushing Bride ink. Next I stamped the sentiment with Blushing Bride ink on a piece of Whisper White cardstock. I cut the sentiment out using a circle stitched shape die. Adhere that to the front of the embossed cardstock (as shown) with dimensionals. Embellish the sentiment with Pearl Basic Jewels. It couldn’t be easier. I really like these cute notecards. They can be used to create a quick card plus they come with matching envelopes. Below is my material list and again to remind you of Stampin’Up! BONUS DAYS, currently going on.
